Well hello fatsecret friends! I'm back on phase 1 trying to reach my goal! I haven't been to bad but hubby is completely off this diet-I started this for him and he lost a little bit and gained it all back!So eggs and salad has become my new best friends!My youngest hand her 13th birthday and that Ice crem cake looked so good but i resisted! Till tomarrow-Yvvie!
