Okay, I know this may sound a bit crazy, but, I'm going to ask it anyways. You know when you're reading a label on food for a carb count and you subtract the dietary fiber from the carb and it makes it less???? What happens if you make something with one of those fiber products you can just stir in? Does it lessen the carb count anymore??? I hope someone knows what I'm talking about!!!

I doubt it lowers the carbs any, but I'm not sure.

I wouldn't say that it lowers the carb count of the particular food you're eating, just that you add more fiber to your diet :) Fiber is great though! It helps with the constipation some Atkins Induction-ers experience.

I have no idea what you are talking about, all I know is that the dietary fiber is subtracted reguardless of if it's already in what you are eating or if you add it. What kind of dietary fiber are you adding? Who is the baby in the picture?
