Day 2 of Induction and doing good. Staying way under 20 carbs. Feeling great and not constantly hungry anymore! I love this way of eating. I have found that I have to be more prepared with my foods. I made buffalo crack slaw today and loved it! It would be great with or without the hot sauce, and put in a wrap, I think would make it taste very close to an egg roll. Tomorrow will be a challenge as we are going out for the day to Nashville and eating out is never good for me. Praying I have strength to stay on track....Its just not worth it!!!
