Ya for me! I was able to make cookies with out having one. Or licking the beater or the bowl or my fingers! My adult son has been left pritty much on his own with the cooking. My abstaining power is not so great . I did not trust my self around not so good for me foods. (Major kudos for thouse who cook for outhers and still stay on there diets!) For me the keto fudge is a major diet saver. Simple cream cheese, stuva and coco powder and butter. A treat I can have in moderation... Merry life all:)
