Your goal weight needs to be what is right for you! My goal has always been just 5 lbs. because anything more than that and I start rebelling and sabotaging myself I started at 301 so my first goal was 296. It was not my ultimate goal, but it was a goal I knew I could achieve without too much effort. My current goal is 165 and I'm going to get there, no matter how long it takes. Then I'll tackle the next 5 lbs, but I can't think that far ahead.
