Its usually towards the evenings that my cravings to binge - appear. And in my mind I would present reasons to myself why I should stick to my eating plan - but the visions of the temptation would stick clearly in my mind, and I would succumb.
This time I am victorious over the temptations which once again came to me!
I am blessed to be created beautifully and I will fight the battle of flab until the real me steps out for good!
