I am having dinner out tonight with Ryan. I went to the store and bought some veggies to grill and divide into servings. Also some meat to grill and divide up. Sometimes I don't feel I eat enough. I have a dr apt this week. I hope to have the nerve to ask him to change me to a lower dose of meds. One of my incentives for losing weight was to get off of BP meds.
