Machine has been broken for a while. I am reasonably happy with that weigh in as I have definitely been eating extra now and again. I have got a gym membership now though so may have put on some muscle who knows?!
55.8 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
