Well somehow that cold turned into strep throat. UGH! I'm still on my diet, I'm just not exercising right now because I'd probably kill myself coughing and sweating. I'm on some antibiotics and hopefully will feel much better soon...I don't really have much of an appetite but will be eating/drinking some chicken broth for at least one meal today. Say some prayers for me...I really want to get this weight off and it's hard when I'm sick bc I can't just reach for anything...I actually have to fix it...I'm still motivated...
