The scale has not budged. But yesterday when I put on a pair of jean shorts I could pull them up without unbuttoning them. Soooooo, when I was out shopping I tried a smaller size and they fit comfortably. I was so excited. I guess this diet is working. Also I add 1/4 teaspoon of crystal light lemonade to 33oz of water, is that still considered part of my water intake?
