I was looking at my measurements and I was shocked to discover that over the last 4 weeks, I have lost a total of 9.5 inches over my whole body and I just found out last night that I have gone down from a size 16 to a size 14! If I could drop a dress size every month until I reach my goal, that would be SO awesome! I would be at my goal for my birthday to be a size 10 or 12!
