Even though I'm not officially starting back on my diet until tomorrow, I didn't have my usual late night snack last night and that seems to make a difference. Also, today at the BBQ, while I'm not planning on limiting myself, I am planning on thinking about what I'm eating and not going overboard on things and seeing what I don't need. For instance, I love potato salad and will definitely have some, but sodas aren't as necessary to me, and without thinking about it, I could easily drink 4 sodas over the period of the BBQ.
