Great work .. I’m a Posti so average 22-24000 steps a day .. so last 7 months been doing weights to gain muscle and cardio on cross trainer and spin bike ..😓

I have an app where you do daily work outs but you can pick your level and what area you want to focus on I am currently working on my legs and my core! You can pick how many workouts you do etc I just did 3 workouts it took me 22 minutes but I did burn a lot of kcals!

I go to the gym three times a week and really enjoy it. Headphones on and have me time. I’ve been going since February and the results already are great.
