I am not following any one weight loss diet right now. I found out that I have a bunch of food allergies and to straighten them out, I have to not eat them for 90 days as the first part of the treatment. It's kind of a pain, but it's making the wieght come off pretty easy!! The things I'm not eating right now include: beef, cow's milk and everything made with it, goat's milk, cranberries, black and white pepper, quinoa, wheat and everything also made with it, eggs, baker's and brewer's yeast, and buchwheat.
