Okay, I've got my whole day planned and I'm going to put it all up on here so that I can really stick to my guns. For breakfast, I had a Smart Ones Egg, Ham and Cheese scramble and a toasted English Muffin with honey nut cream cheese and sugar free raspberry jam. Yum!

For lunch, I'm going to have a Smart Ones Chicken Carbonara and for dinner I'll be having a Smart Ones Turkey with Cranberries Fruit Inspirations and a Weight Watchers yogurt.

My snacks will include Special K Multi-Grain crackers, an apple and dessert will be a Weight Watchers Turtle Ice Cream Sundae.

Tomorrow is my Weight Watchers weigh-in. I'm so excited!
95.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
