Still sick. Didn't follow the diet this weekend but I didn't each much either. I had sushi on Saturday...went out for the anniversary and steak on sunday. Anything else I ate was pretty much just light snacking. Not sure if my weight is up and I don't want to weigh because I haven't exercised since Thurs. Being sick has really messed me up.

Today: B-Fiberone cereal with LF soy milk
L - salad with turkey burger
D - probably going to be sleeping through this meal.

Its tough when your sick but get your self healthy again and then get back into the workout routine it will be ok

Yeah, go easy on yourself if you are not feeling to well. Do what you know is right for you, the diet can wait until you feel well again...
