@triana belum sayy hehe buat naikkin masa otot harus calorie surplus sdikit aja tp. Kalo fat ud oke baru ak mau naikkin massa otot :D long term goals itu. Ini krn ak weight loss pdhl ud angkat beban tp ttp agak turun muscle mass ku tp masi dlm batas wajar ktnyy

Defisit buat mertahanin masa ototnya juga bs kan beb, setidaknya PR nya gak bgt banyak 😊

naikin massa otot bisa kok dalam kalori defisit, aku defisit 100-200 kalori dari tdee dan konsumsi protein 1,5-2x berat badan, massa lemak berkurang dan otot nambah, berat badan udah gak geser lagi sekitar 2 bulanan tapi baju2 makin longgar 😁

@yanti aku ga pake diet keto dll gitu say makan wajar aja, kalo weekend masih hajar allyoucaneat malah 😂 cm di weekdays ak cal defisit -400 shari sama gym

@michjuanita mgkn krn ak def kebanyakn ya aku def shari 400 sm gym 1 session bs bakar 600 700, 4 kali sminggu. protein aku jg ga pantau nih haduh mager wkwkwk makasi infonyaa nnti dicoba
