I was so glad when I got on the scale today and found that I had lost what I'd gained a few days ago. The only thing I'm going to concentrate on until I start my P90X challenge is eating right and my Weight Watchers weigh in on Sunday. That and feeding my dogs. Maybe by Sunday, I'll have lost 2 more pounds. That's something to look forward to!
