18 days to go and I will be in sunnier climes... I am so near to a MAJOR MILESTONE. If I lose 5 pounds in the next 18 days I will have lost 4 STONE. (56 LBS) I still can't believe it. I would love to have done it by my holiday. I think I am going to up the anty so that I can get it off!
I now have 2 pictures on my fridge. One very fat and one very slim.
The other day I thanked the fat one (thanks Kate) and said see you VERY soon to the thin one. They both smile at me everyday to remind me who I am , who I was and who I want to stay. Love yourself today.
