Well my time at the buffet went great. I did have a little fried rice but I ate mostly veggies. It was yummy and I'm so proud of myself...back on point tomorrow, exercise and all. I'm fighting a cold, so, I don't feel like gettin' on that treadmill today...I'm hurtin and coughin haha...can't wait to weigh myself in 2 weeks!!!

that's right, 2 weeks. I'm dieing here fixing the hubby Ravioli and Soughdough bread, and I'm eating a Endulge bar, that sucks. Oh well, I've got Steaks thawing for dinner tonight, I'm ready ........

i don't see how some people loose 10 to 15 pounds in the first two weeks, that would be awesome...........I'm going for it, since I did get back on the induction wagon today.
