Looks great !! How long your fasting for if you, don’t mind me asking? 

Planning to do three days each week for the next three weeks. So far so good, made I through two days this week.  

What else is in the rice? 

What does this rice fast include? I've never heard of such a thing..  

Where are you getting your nutrition? 

Looks like rice with banana? 🤔

how many times a day do you eat the rice during the fast?  

It’s supposed to be healing and cleansing without being so harsh. They say you should just have the brown rice plus up to a tablespoon of butter. I cheat a bite. At breakfast I added half banana and cinnamon and a sugar substitute and then lunch I added green beans. Still very low cal and not that hungry all day. Brown rice is considered a big part of a macrobiotic diet.  

Oh you can eat it up to three times a day. That’s recommended.  

I don't know a thing about macrobiotic diet, but rice with banana looks yummi 🍌
