I was very well-behaved yesterday on my first of two 500-calorie days of the week! Not only that, but I hopped on the treadmill for the first time in months. And this morning I’m back down a pound. Normal calorie day today, and I will keep it normal!
77.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Are you on the 5-2 diet? I just started it for the first time. I did a lot of research on it, then planned my meals, snacks out and off to the grocery store I went. Today is a 500 calorie day for me it’s gonna kill me, but I can do it.

Well done!! I am loving the 5:2 diet. I think my weight history chart is interesting because it has a sort of stairway pattern... lose two early in the week, gain one later, rinse, repeat... which is fine with me as long as I keep going down and not up! I love that I can have my usual life five days a week and still lose weight. Good luck! We’re doing this! ✔️

Great job @freshnewstart! NICE loss for your first day in the new challenge! I love the confidence that you exude that you WILL keep the "normal" days normal, instead of trying to "make up for" the 500 calorie days. Keep up the good work!
