So far made it through Christmas with no gain, I'm very excited about that. I have actually gone down a few pounds the past couple of days, today (this morning) was up about a pound, but back down this afternoon, so still at the same weight, had 3 710 ML of water today at work. Even started my period today and usually go up 3 - 4 pounds but didn't this month so I'm looking at that as a positive as well. I'm close to the high 160's now and that really makes me happy, I Haven't been that light since my early 20's, it's really exciting for me. I think I will meet my first mini goal of 173 pounds by January 4th with no problems, I actually think I may be ahead of the game.
