I did 15 sit ups and 15 lifting the legs again today, I think iot may have been just a bit easier today (I like to believe that anyway)
I also spent about 2 hours rolling curves on the Tyre roller at the forge today, my arms are sooo going to ache tomorrow (but if it helps me loose just a bit of weight it will be worth it)
