Don't think I'll drop below 54kg. It's a healthy weight to be at,especially if I'm doing weight training and building muscle mass. I'm happy with this. I feel good anyway and tummy is flat with good definition
54.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
