So it the holidays and I have fallen off the wagon but its ok. My fucus is to maintain my weight and not to go above a certain number. Food is a apart of life and at this moment I am going to enjoy life. HOWEVER on 1/1/13 it time.
BOOT CAMP
-Not going above 1500 in calories -Insanity DVD 5 days a week -Sat 1 hour walk around the track with my cousin -Increase my water intakes -Also add a protein drink into my diet.
