Today I have a hair appointment. No gym in the picture today but i am thinking of running/walking around the circle (1.25 miles) I think i need to get a new pair of gym shoes, The ones i am wearing are from Walmart and cost like 10.99. I really don't know what kind to get. I stopped and looked at those toning shoes but they look like i could easily twist an ankle on them. I think i might go to academy and see what they have. I looked at other peoples shoes at the gym yesterday. My problem is i talk myself out of buying when i get to the store.
