I had a small piece of pumpkin pie last night and it was awesome! I made it all homemade so I know what went in it. No guilt either. I deserved it too since I haven't had any bread oriented food since November 29th. I still lost weight too so apparently my body accepted it nicely.

Good for you! I, too, let myself have a serving of dark chocolate almonds last night -- a personal favorite. A buddy here had journaled about having a reasonable amount of something we crave, rather than trying to not eat it & risk binging. It worked for me too. Especially glad you enjoyed it & have no guilt... & still lost weight!

It is way easier if you get your portion then put the rest away before eating. i must be getting closer to reasonable weight because it is slowing down . I need to start doing more weights too. Build that muscle so i can eat more :)
