I walked halfway to school yesterday morning and all the way home in the evening and it's made all the difference - 500gr down this morning, so all the strictness on the calorie counting has paid off with just a little extra activity to give it a push. I should have ample opportunties to stay active this weekend and record a pleasing weekly weigh in tomorrow, starting with some long overdue housework this morning!
