Been working out at least 3 times a week, which is not as good compared to a few months ago. Earlier this year, I was working out twice a day, at least 6 times a week. I took a 6 month hiatus, and now I'm trying to do it slow. I burnt out last time, so I've mostly been doing one-a-day workouts. Yesterday, however, I worked out twice; Once in the morning, and again last night after dinner. It felt good to be able to workout twice. I don't think I'll be on such a strict schedule as earlier in the year, but whenever I can, I'm going to try to throw in an extra set after dinner.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At least you're moving. After October I've been really slacking in the exercise department. I was doing 6 days a week and now I'm lucky if I get 2 or 3. This week I did have the flu, so about 3 days I had an excuse, but otherwise I've just been lazy. I hope you get back in the groove (me too). :)
