When you want to diet and your mom takes you to a dairy bar with little choice than to eat fried food! And soda pretty much only choice, their water was gross. I still didn't do to bad, ate half or less of the food. And drank very little of the soda. But headache has got me drinking a little Mt Dew tonight, which I never do, but it helps the headache. I didn't get to the grocery store either, not making a good trip til Monday. So I'll just have to watch how much I eat. I also walked at least 30 minutes today, maybe more. Shoulder hurts, but not as bad as before.
