Weight still steady which is a little frustrating when I'm doing everything right, foodwise. Lacking a little on the exercise though - my metabolism clearly needs that boost that comes from moving more!
Not too bad though - a big loss last week and TOTM this week so steady is OK. I'm just about at my goal weight anyway, although I'd like to be about 2 kilos under it, as I was in the summer, that's about perfect for me.
Update: I walked halfway to school this morning as I was ready early so at least I've had 20 minutes' brisk exercise :)
