Up a tiny bit. Must have been the cookies!
We had a big ol' box of Mrs. Fields cookies get delivered to our office for a coworker, who broke em out and of course I had a couple (packs). Lunch was a good curry and beef bowl with rice. The asian place here on base, usually has very poor food, but they have been serving Indian food and I must say it is much better then their "Chinese" food. Hopefully that will continue.
So I rode my bike and it was great. Finally affixed the fenders and they worked good. It rained yesterday so it was wet out, and probably the messiest I have ridden in. The bike is covered with mud, and I had much less than usual. I could tell the fenders did their job, less sand and rocks bouncing off me. And they are pretty easy to put on/off.
So, today is my last day before the weekend, and I am staring down a weekend-o-weight gain. lol. No worries. Bike Ride tomorrow AM (LONG!), probably about 30-35 miles.
Mongolian for lunch (Not good), reasonable dinner.
Friday Ride, Pig out breakfast. Camp out at night, with lots of beer. Its clear this cheat day will go into Saturday, and I may miss that bike ride. We'll see.
