Hmmmm.....I didn't get my first walk of the day and I'm annoyed at myself. We got dropped off at school as planned but then I was offered a lift back home and I took it. I have noone to blame for this, except possible AUnt Flo who made a scheduled appearance this morning. Still, I will certainly be walking TO school this afternoon, maybe it's best to build it up slowly anyway.

Just had cereal for brek today so am on plan for my points. The scales did show a gain of just under 1lb this morning but that's fairly good considering my monthly visitor. Feeling quite lethargic at the moment as I often do this time of the month but the plan is to give the house a really good clean today - I'm just having a sit down and a brew before I start :)

LOL. This is the only place I know where you can shout a collective "you losers" and be handing out compliments! Nice double entendre (I loves me a good double entendre)! One missed walk out of a series of extra walks does not a mistake make. It's just what it is, one less, and nothing more. Ah, dear Aunt Flo. It's not enough that she arrives uninvited and unannounced, leaves her luggage on our scales, and brings her boxing gloves to give the old one-two to our uteruses.... no, she also sees fit to serve us a dose of Energy Draino. How rude! Hope that brew is high octane. Enjoy your day!
