Well here we go again. I'm a sweet alcoholic. I love anything sweet and use it as a crutch when I have problems. Otherwise I eat pretty healthy. Could eat salad at every meal. Have to give up the sugar. My headaches would go away and I would have so much energy. My favorite breakfast is homemade protein shakes made of light cranberry juice, protein powder, chia seed, strawberries, cucumber and spinach. Yum Yum! Going to start by having shakes for breakfast and lunch and then salad with some protein for supper for two weeks until I quit the sugar craving. Have a family reunion in July have to drop 30 lbs. by then, will let you know how this goes.
