So overdid it on my calories a little today, but I wanted fries. I’m trying to keep my carbs around 100 until Easter. It is our first year cooking dinner for Easter and it’ll be my last day eating carbs freely.

If you start seeing good results, staying around 100 isn't too bad of an option.. Still can have some decent options if needed and not restrict yourself too much. You can always go low if it doesn't work out 👍

The goal is to get into ketosis. I just want to make sure that once I’m in, I’m in. So I’ve effectively brought my carbs down to 1/3 of what they used to be.

If that's your goal then sub 20-30 carbs. is the destination...

I know. I’m holding off. Right now we can only eat from our stockpile. Money is tight. So I’m stuck waiting. I’m lucky that I stocked up on breakfast stuff and have protein shakes. I understand where I need to be. It’s just starving myself isn’t worth it. I’ll fail my diet like I have every other time. Those numbers are way better than my non diet numbers. Almost 4000 calories, sometimes more than 4000 calories, 350-500 carbs. I’ve really cut back.
