Anyone else have swelling issues when eating salt?

Definitely. Cheese and salty foods make me retain water

Definitely. I’m super sensitive but love my hard pretzels here and there. I feel it when I’m powering up my fat and protein a few times a week but I level out if I drink the amount of water I should be plus I eat lighter meals the rest of the week.
