Thank for posting this! Sometimes it’s almost disheartening to see the daily (or even intra-day) fluctuations🙌🏾 Its easy to sometimes forget that it’s just part of the road to health.

oh gosh . the ever present fluctuations . some days it doesn't bother me at all, other days, like yesterday - I felt like a total loser at life .. but then I look at my own graph and smile because there really is a consistent downward pattern. Progress - not perfection x

It feels like I'm stuck 🙄 can't get past 55,5 kg for some reason. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong here...or perhaps I want better results too soon. It's taken 2 years to gain 10 kgs...so I guess I can't expect to loose it all in 4 months 😔

Hallo, I don't think you should weigh yourself everyday. Considering the female hormone profile and all other factors that influence weight, even weighing once a week can be misleading. Take note around day 7/8 of your menstrual cycle you’ll weigh the least for that cycle. After that its usually uphill again.... But 55kgs thats like feather weight, why do you want to loose more?

Hi @duplessisa I have a very small bone structure and I'm only 161 cm tall. Believe me there is a LOT of fat that I should get rid of. Plus I'm also on stage a lot - and television makes you look a lot bigger as well. I don't think I have a cycle anymore 😂 had a hist in 2012 because of stage 4 endometriosis. Last year I didn't weigh myself very often - once a month perhaps. And I gained more than 10kgs because I did not care and before you know it you'll end up weighing much more than you thought! Now it makes a huge difference if I do weigh myself more often. Thinking twice before I just eat a rusk / cookie and don't keep track of calories! Nowadays I don't want the scale to remind me of that rusk / cookie 😊 personally I think everyone has their own way of keeping track and if it works for me I'll keep it up. If it doesn't ... I won't weigh myself anymore 🤦‍♀️ what works for me will not necessarily work for you.
