Gained, but also gained an enjoyable weekend that didn't spiral out of control. When I got home from the calorific book club lunch, I simply skipped dinner and started my 16:8 window early! Today is a 500-calorie day, and I suspect I can pull off an 18-hour fast too.
So: on track, on point, and soon once again on target. Shooting for 173.4 tomorrow morning.
