Well, I suppose it might have been worse...a weekend of parties involving alcohol, snax and more alcohol. I deserve that gain, most definitely.
I didn't get to my laundry yesterday...the laundry room was PACKED when I got downstairs. Thankfully, I am not desperate for clean clothes yet.
I did get in a half hour of cardio and a half hour of upper body strength training, plus I played We Cheer on my Nintendo Wii for about an hour later in the day.
Nothing weird in the cards for today - planning another workout, have to get my hair cut, will probably buy some groceries a little later, maybe play some Wii Sports Resort or Wii Fit Plus later. I'm flexible...
