went to Cuba for a week. only hit the gym once, equipment was not great, attempted to walk the beach but ended up with really bad bug bites so didn't go again. stayed by the pool most of the week except for site seeing days which were mostly spent on a bus or in a car... tried to watch what I eat but... got home Monday, went to gym Tuesday and Wednesday and going today.. waited till today to weigh myself won't lie, happily surprised the scale didn't say more and I lost inches which was a bonus!!
