It takes about a week or so for your body to adjust. Only gum seems to work

Took me about a week. Some days I drink black coffee to fill the gap (especially on cold mornings - that's not weather cold, but I get cold when I fast sometimes) Also fizzy & tap water. Don't force yourself either... add an hour each day and build up to your goal. Good Luck x

@Keelang you will have days where it's easier and days where you are hungry. It's ok. Progress bit perfection. If you're looking for some good IF info, see Thomas DeLauer on YouTube. His videos are really informative.

I'm doing the 16:8, I drink warm water is small sips whilst waiting for my eating window. It's been helping to cope🤗.

Fasting takes time, I have found that I will feel like I’m staving especially in the morning, but black coffee with either a xylitol or plain helps... but the best is a workout 🏋️♀️, after I workout the hunger completely goes... love the feeling...but if you hang in there the results are even more satisfying and motivating...

If I’m at home... I whip out my mini trampoline.... 6 minutes.... hunger gone for half an hour.... it takes yr mind off.... and lets you watch a couple of minutes of news tv so you can be kept up to date as to what a-hole has done what and in which country....

Hi All.
I also do same IF in terms of hours..
Earlier in the dai,I drink my coffee with milk, 🙈can’t without, 🙈 and start eating around 9:30....and have my supper at 5:30 pm or earlier...
In six days I hv lost 1.8kg’s
as of this morning. (With some cheating foodeise🙈(
And this is aftrr i decided to stop gym for a while (was bulking up from weights.whilst i correct eating habits and keeping my calories within a1000. A day...

the bad breath could also be an indication of dehydration 😊 make sure you get enough fluids
