Can anyone tell me what Couscous tastes like. I've never had it and want to try it but don't want to buy it only to find out I hate it. Then I have whats left to deal with. I hate to toss good food just because I won't eat it all

Pugmom- Couscous is tiny pasta... and it is fantastic! The small couscous (pictured) is quick and easy to make. Just have to boil the right amount of liquid and pour it over the couscous, let sit for 5 minutes then fluff. I use bone broth and include a bunch of veggies and herbs. There is a lot you can do with it. Pearl couscous is bigger and takes a little more time but it is still easy and fun different kind of pasta. Looks like great meal!

Buy a small box— look in the rice and macaroni section. Or if you have a Sprouts or Whole Foods near you you can just buy a small amount.

Pugmom- it was my first time to try eating it too. I bought ‘parmesan Couscous’ from Kroger, and it tasted like mac and cheese because of parmesan mix :)
