Not much sleep last night, Ben was having a terrible headache and I was up at 3:00 again. The lack of sleep is really starting to get to me. Food plan was out the window yesterday. Today will be pre-packaged "diet" food that I have in the freezer at work and a salad for lunch. Nothing really planned for exercise today as I have to play catch up from being out of the office yesterday, conference call this afternoon.
