odd day at work. I was full fter breakfast didn't want to eat at lunch but did cuz if i didn't i get dizzy. Then the car ride home there wasa fire on the road. Traffic!!!!! I wanted to binge!!!! but I had a liitle or more like medium fruit cup Yay. it saved me!!! Then a friend picked me up for dance class. Yay!!!! no binging yippee.
but i still ate more then i burned after dinner. ugh. that water weight i lost prob will be back tomorrow ugh!!!!
