Ok I'm back... a week after VBL ended I got sick Dr. put me on a low fiber diet which Im supposed to keep continuously and to top it all off I got a lil depressed & stopped most of my working out it sucks I've managed to gain most of the weight back but today I'm done with all that I'm back to watching my food & losing the weight. I refuse to let myself gain everything I've lost. Started Weight watchers May 7th of last year at 224lbs so I've gained some weight but i'm still 31lbs down need to continue losing.
