Well TOM finally arrived. Its amazing how when I had loads more weight on I didn't notice how bloated I get! I am hoping the scale will lose that extra pound gained that I have been holding onto all week, before my weigh in on Wednesday! I have been in ketosis the whole time so I know I haven't gained fat weight. I really want to lose another 6 lbs in 3 weeks. It will be an amazing milestone for me to reach 4 stone for my holiday. I know it doesn't matter in the scheme of things - it'll come off when its ready but it'll sure make me feel good to say - YES damn I 've lost weight. 4 stone! More than my 8 year old weighs!
