It’s really just the way I do it when I have limited time to squeeze in a workout in the morning. I go through the workout without water either, so that I see what the sweat loss is after the workout. Today, the sweat loss was 1.3 lbs (I woke up at 221.3, then did my workout which brought me down to 220). I found this has positives and negatives, but has worked nicely for me to break through plateaus in the past.
