Why does my weight not go down ugh
89 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Just push through. I find sometimes that I hang around the same weight for a couple weeks before any significant drop. We are all different, don't judge you're journey against others and try not let the number on the scale beat you down. I also recently started measuring myself, and that tells a better story than the scale for me 😀

are you drinking at least 2L of water daily and if you're exercising it should be more because your body retains a lot of water

Make sure veggies take up half the portion size! (Its worked for me)

I'm sticking to Low Carb and drink a lot of water. Feels like one need to climb a huge mountain to keep loosing weight.

I agree with you loosing weight is really hard and it's frustrating when you have changed your eating habits but nothing is happening
