Forcing myself to eat this morning with no appetite. I must have got some kind of a bug - no cold symptoms but all my joints ache and I feel nauseous and extremely tired. Slept from 2pm yesterday until 6am today with just an hour up last night to drink water and eat an apple. Feeling a little better this morning but the prospect of a day at work is far from appealing.
